Property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, detached game room, and spacious outdoor entertainment area with hot tub, grill, picnic tables, and fire pit.

**Additional 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment located above the garage game room can be added onto any booking for larger parties or guests who desire more space. Had Family traveling for a funeral. The place was clean and had plenty of room for us. Loved the outdoor areas. Was a great place to tell stories.Would definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

This place has all the amenities that you are looking for plus more. We have stayed here 2x and the next time we need to go back to Arlington / Ft. Worth we will absolutely be checking in again. The best place to stay in the area - bar none.

Property was just as described, everything worked perfectly. Kitchen was stocked perfectly. just minuets away from SixFlags. The beds were super comfy after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Arlington for a cowboys game and couldn't be happier with the location of the house. The hosts were incredible with responding to questions and helping resolve internet issues. The game room is great place to hang out and do what you want and not have to worry about bothering someone. The only negative thing would be that the cleaners need to do a little better job, but besides that, great place!

Stayed with my wife and two adult children and their significant others. Had a great time. Property was exactly as described with lots of fun amenities. Pool table, fire pit, picnic tables. Host could not have been nicer. Very convenient for the game. We walked home from ATT stadium!

Erica and Grayson provided the most beautiful and comfortable home perfectly located to everything we needed. The beds were absolutely perfect and the kitchens were so well equipped. Even with a few incidences here and there during our stay, the owners were attentive, kind and quick in fixing the issues. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend others stay here too. And might I also add, the home was so beautifully decorated that my mother and I asked for links so we could purchase the same furnishings for our homes.
