The property itself is great. Clean and modern. Daryl Thompson, the supervisor was good and ubderstood our frustration
Now the bad. We showed up short of 2 AM, after a long and tiring day if travel and getting stuck at the car rental to get a car.
When we get there, the font door was locked, and nobody in reception.we rang the bell and called for 30+ minutes. Eventually another guest came in and let me in. But with no one at reception, we could not check in. I walked around the whole first floor and could not see anyone. Another couple came to teyvto check in and they Eventually left. My wife and I waited in frustration fir about 1.5 hrs until the guy Eventually show up. His justification: I'm sorry, I wa doing rounds (its a very small hotel). In reality, he was probably sleeping inban empty room or left the property.
Needless to say, ive never had such a poor experience at a hotel.Hard to think this can happen at a Hilton hotel.
