“What an amazing place that has everything just in case you forget something. The owners live right next door and chatted with us when we got there. So friendly even told Carol we brought another sales guy with us and she was so fast to ask if I wanted her to bring over a cot. I declined the offer saying he could sleep on the couch and she said extra blankets in the upstairs bedroom. 20 out of 10. When we come back next year we will rent the same place. Thanks Carol and Jeff. ”

“Had great communication with property owner prior to the stay up today of check-in. House was very comfortable inside and and front porch allowed for leisurely sitting. Backyard was spacious and allowed for large group gatherings . All necessities included, the house is a great gathering spot.”

“We had so much room with multiple outdoor porches, bathrooms, and indoor living space. The basement offers a great place to end the day with various games for our family to have friendly competition. “This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. “The host is AMAZING. Never a time she didn’t answer when I had a question. Parking was great. It’s street parking but we never had an issue having a spot. The only thing I had an issue with is I would have loved a deadbolt on the main door for while we were sleeping. The automatic lock and pin pad on the door were nice but I could not figure out if it was locked on the outside or not. If you turn the knob on the inside it automatically unlocks so I never knew if it was locked on the outside and……
