“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

“Convenient location. Polite and helpful staff. They are all really nice! Room has everything: fridge, kettle with coffee sachets etc, free bottles of water every day, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste (upon arrival), iron and ironing board, Dove shower gel, clean towels (every day), sockets near the bed, usb, easy to use lighting. Only downside was the view from my window (ugly old building). Ask for a room overlooking the park. Basic breakfast. Use Yandex (taxi app) which is easy and cheap.……

“The room is nice and comfy. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices. The downside are the 2 female receptionist. We asked one of them for tourist info about the city. She asked us to google because she don’t know anything. And the other one we asked for towel which was forgot to provide after room cleaning but It never came. We called front desk again after one hour. the male receptionist came up immediately with the towel to the room. ”
