“Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. Once we were in our cabin,……

“The house was absolutely gorgeous and the gardens were also amazing, the location was perfect for travelling around and the bed was also extremely comfortable I left feeling extremely refreshed and is a perfect place for a short stay to unwind from everything Absolutely love the addition of the coffee machine and teas you can brew.
