We were traveling with 2 dogs. I read Hilton’s Pet Policy before booking which said, “2 dogs allowed up to 75lbs, fee $50-75 for stay 1-4 days.” No problem my dogs are each under 40lbs, so I expected to pay $50 to $75 dollars. When I checked in they informed me it would be $75 per dog per day!! Luckily, we were only staying one night. I told her that was not what the policy stated, but all she said was that was always their policy. Also, no good green space around the hotel for them to do their business.
Then we got to our room and there was no soap in the bathroom for washing hands. We went to the desk to pick some up and all she could find was shower gel.
The ice machines on the floors were not working so we had to go to the desk for ice.
They only had one cart to use for luggage and another guest had taken it to their room and not returned it.
The only door for access was the front door, you could not use your key to access any of the other doors. So my husband took the dogs out the back door then tried to get back in and had to walk around the building in the rain to get back in.
Having said that the restaurant on site was very good and the bartender was excellent.
