“we enjoyed the cabins, but Cyclone Alfred had other plans for us. we had sunshine and lots rain and wind. the walk to the beach was great and was awesome to watch. There were only 3 other couples at the time. The bowling club was just through the cabins 1minute walk and the staff were super friendly. We will revisit again.”

The serenity, peace and misty morning views from the terrace over a morning coffee really hit the spot. The styling in the cottage is exquisite and with so many little details though out, including a picnic blanket to take down to the river, lawn games and marshmallows to roast over the fire pit.Nicole and Craig are excellent hosts and went above and beyond whilst we were……

“Dave made himself available upon book in, and was very helpful with parking arrangements and the location of great places to eat, and shared his member discount card for the bowls club nearby. 😀 ”

“Terrible kitchen. So basic. Had to buy knives, plus a cloth for cleaning. One hot plate with zero instructions. Plugs broken. TV didn’t work. Contacted manager but he was useless. Didn’t change sheets or towels or tea towel. Nothing extra provided ie. sheets pillows etc. Left a day early ”
