“Lovely villa, fantastic location but needs maintenance. All bathroom fittings in all bathrooms needs attention. Pool lovely but steps are seriously dangerous plus outside not cleaned properly from previous tenant's dirty tissue and toothpick on glass table which had not been cleaned for a long time plus half empty water bottles and cigarette buts, when we complained it was not taken seriously we believe they did send someone to sort but half empty water bottles were thrown in the hedge bottom……

“our second stay at Erays villa we love going back to Dalyan the villa is in the perfect place nice and quiet and only a short river side walk into town the villa has everything you need for me as a non swimmer is the pool with a shallow end would recommend this villa to anyone Eray arranged for transfers every thing went smoothly a great host”

“Excellent communication with owner and property manager throughout whole process. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils ( there was not one thing we looked for that was not there). A 15 minute walk into the main town with a handy shop nearby and market on the door step. The only thing that would have be welcome is a water tower / cooler. Otherwise, ideal for family and friends. ”
