“The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience.
We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights.
Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. ”

“This was an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my friend were well looked after. We got some great food recommendations and they were so helpful in organising tours and tuk tuks. Unfortunately my friend fell ill whilst we were there and the staff were so kind and caring. “We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. “Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly.
Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise.
Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast.
Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants.”
