Front desk staff was terrible. Gave me attitude over the phone when I called to get the wifi password and report a broken phone in our room. Action promised to address phone did not occur. The next morning, another front desk staff member, the so called assistant manager, was rude to me. I complained to the GM and he didn't seem to care. I checked out that day after one night stay of a planned nine night stay and moved to a different hotel.

The aesthetic and overall feel of the property—both inside and out—was beautiful and felt truly luxurious. The rooms were fantastic and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The pool area was well-sized and beautifully landscaped, but the water itself was murky, which felt out of place and unacceptable considering the otherwise high quality of the hotel. Unfortunately, our dinner experience was disappointing. The server was noticeably rude and unaccommodating. I had politely asked if the TV station could be changed due to inappropriate news content, as I was dining with my 8-year-old son. The request was met with clear frustration and irritability, which left a negative impression. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a much better experience in terms of food and service. However, we were unable to sit in the charming greenhouse dining area because it was reserved—despite it only being used by two people during our entire visit. Overall, the property has so much potential, but a few service and maintenance issues kept it from being the exceptional experience it could have been.

Booking through a 3rd party with this hotel was tricky. They couldn't find my reservation at check in. Then Saturday we got back after a wedding our key wasnt working and we found out our room had been cancelled and nelongings removed at 1am. The concierge had to make a new key, when we get all the way to the room the key didnt work so we had to go back again. When we finally got in and I saw all my belonings missing I called fhe front desk, she then said housekeeping would be back till 930am. When we woke up in the morning all of my belonings were in my bag hanging on the door OUTSIDE of the room. Laalty at check it the lady up front said she wasnt going to check me out because it appears as though they created a new resverayion at 1am in order to get me a key even though I had booked 2 nights and should have never been cancelled.

Property was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Danbury Shopping Mall and so close to freeway. Pool was lovely, although a little deep for young kiddies. Loved this hotel

Was conveniently located, with easy access to highways, Shopping and restaurants. Clean hotel with beautiful furniture. I definitely be back.

All staff accommodating and polite. Room was very clean. Had buffet breakfast which was excellent - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, pancakes, cereal, danish, fresh fruit and juices. Would definitely stay again.

I was refused check immediately on proving i had a confirmed expedia reservarion. Two not one staff uawned expedia is 3rd party and call them. Insisting its their system and they acknowledging multiple checkins ate not working with 3rd party expedia they locate this reservation. Suggestion 1. Train staff to now their systems. 2. Ethan Allen choses to advertise on expedia or accept rrservations. Thus the two companies are partners and interdependent. ITS NOT OKAY to basically tell a tired travel immediately to call an 800 number and step aside. They were adamant i was wrong and i disagreed to their dislikely. They did apologize and recieved an upgraded room which is part pf platimnum proviledges. I will not return to this property as my previous visit the room was not clean.

All I wanted to do was sleep. Check out isn’t until 11. House keeping came banging on my door before 8am. So what should have turned into a restful stay. Wasn’t.

Always had been a comfortable stay. Now room was very clean but worn. Stains on sofa, shower had high pitched squeal when in use, water temped, no bath mat or grab handle to step in the tub to shower. The electrical outlet in the bathroom had no power and other outlets in the room did not hold electrical cord snugly. Mattress had no support and one of the pillow cases was very discolored.
