"This is the ONLY place I would consider in Oberlin kansas. The facility is always clean, welcoming and comfortable. The staff is the best. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful. "This place needs a lot of work, probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever seen. Exposed plumbing in hallway and the horrible stench was enough, had to find accommodations elsewhere."

"Other guests were loud in the halls. Breakfast was scheduled from 6 to 9 am. I went to get breakfast, there was no hot food, only dry cereal instant oatmeal. Coffee could have been freaher."
