“I have been consistently staying at this property at the same time every year for the past 3 years and this is the first time it wasn't under construction so, I was happy about this because it allowed the parking lot to be fully accessible. Unfortunately, the cosmetics of the property on the inside doesn't match the outside that looks new...the hallways carpet needs to be replaced...looks like bleach has been spilled in front of all the doors and maintenance needs to be tweeked in the……

“I traveled alone for an art workshop. When I returned to my room each night I felt totally safe with the parking and nighttime shift welcomed me when I entered lobby at night. ”

“Was very disappointed in my "accessible" room. The bathroom had a very low commode making it difficult to use. The vanity was tall and tiny and had very little room for any toiletries. There were no towel racks, nor anywhere but the floor to put fresh clothing. A tub chair, fortunately, was provided. However, the shower head was fixed, placed high, rendering the chair virtually useless. The chair and bars seemed to be the only features to call this room "accessible". Breakfast at this hotel was……
