“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“I stayed here with my two boys (11,14) for their spring break ski trip. We love everything about this condo and its location. The property where this condo is located has everything: underground parking(so nice!), ski valet, minutes from groceries, etc. The condo is specious and clean, recently updated so everything appeared to be new.
