"I come to Lansing every 4th and originally used to stay at the Marriott downtown and with kids the Hyatt House is a far better choice and overall just higher quality. I left my wedding ring in my room and they called and we made arrangements to get my ring back and even offered a shipping option. ..."

"In general, everything was fine and the property was much bigger than expected. We loved the view of the lake! However, there were three of us and we only had two coffee cups, two washcloths and no hand towels. Also, the coffee pot should be replaced. It leaves a bad taste even when using bottled ..."

"Words can't describe!...the hot tub, having fires outside,kayaking, making pizzas outside. The family loved it all. We did lots of walkingand they enjoyed playing basketball at a nearby park as well."
