Very secure, as you need to enter different codes to get in the building, then to get on the elevator and then again at your apartment door. So much so that it can be a bit confusing at first, especially when finding how to get out of the parking garage and into the building for the first time. “Quiet neighborhood. My only problem was when we arrived the apt. Wasn’t cleaned so we had to call a number, file a report and then wait till the contacted us to go back to the apt. After it was completed it was clean and we were happy with the results. Microwave was broken so we couldn’t reheat any leftovers. We did like the apt. And surrounding area. ”

“Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for……

“I was very surprised by this property. It was all the cleanliness and niceness of a hotel but with the comfort of a one bedroom apartment. It was so nice to have a full fridge and a washer and dryer. The bed was also very comfortable with lots of pillows. At first it looks like it's in the middle of nowhere, but there's a ton to eat and lots of shopping just 10 minutes away. It makes for a quiet spot as well. Plus a Starbucks is closeby! My only minor complaint is that it is next to a busy road……

“The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. Called repeatedly and was told they would try to fix it that day. No apologies for this huge inconvenience. The only positive about the……
