First room was a mould factory. 2nd room was better but tub was questionable. STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC, WARM, POLITE, AND HELPFUL. HUGE THANKS TO THEM.

Room was old, lamps were all rusted,one day our bed was not made no new towels and phone did not work. Every night around 4 to 5 am an alarm in the hall would go off for 3 times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Jan at the front desk was wonderful

We walked in a dead bugs on the lobby floor first off, then checked in what was supposed to have been a handicapped room which wasn't, mold all in the bathroom, floors looked like trash that was leaking sat on the carpet. It was disgusting!! We tried it last year and the same issues we will never try it again.

The pictures online do not match what the rooms actually look like. One of the rooms we stayed in looked like it had been flooded. Would not stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone else l.

Staff members were exceptionally helpful nice and welcoming! The place really needs a facelift! The hallway rug is filthy… I know why though! I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country doing construction and I know that it comes from the workers who stayed! But it comes a point where enough is enough! This hotel is good for construction workers only looking for a cheep stay just to lay your head for work! Beds are decent! But still went and bought some new sheets and pillows! I cleaned the bathroom and floors myself and the cleaning rag was filthy! Please inform housekeeping that you have to actually clean the rooms no just straighten up beds! Staff gets 5 stars housekeeping gets 1 star overall hotel gets 2 stars

Walls and carpet needs some TLC, there was a cleaning rag left in our room which is no big deal. Floor in fitness center was dirty with grass and dead bugs. Staff was super friendly and very helpful!

My room smelt so bad!!!! My shower was so dirty!!!! The smell of the room was disgusting. You had to keep room cold to avoid the smell it was like old mildew even the little toddlers ask why did it smell so bad. The room smelt like mildew and smoke!!!! The lady that does the kitchen was nice and very welcoming and front desk staff was nice but you must do something about roooms and the ordor...

The room was clean, but the property is looking rundown. Molding broken, walls dinged and unpatched, needs paint and carpets shabby. Room was clean. Room didn’t have shampoo or toilet paper. Told front desk on way out Sat AM. Neither restocked when we got back and housekeeping had been in the place. I’m thinking it’s a little pricy for the condition since other, better maintained hotels are within 1/4-mile.

The staff is very accommodating and eager to make your stay better. This is, however, an older hotel and it needs some heavy duty cleaning in the rooms especially the bathrooms to make it more presentable.

My room 218 was ROACH infested !! I went to the bathroom and turned on the light and roaches were running all over !!! The shampoo and conditioner glued to walls were DISGUSTING and filled with Hair and MOLD. Handles on dressers and Night stands and lamps were RUSTED. Night stands were roach infested as well. It was a nightmare. AND NO ICE. The one machine they had was broken.. a total nightmare ... Hair on floor and toilet

The property was extremely dirty, the room smells like mold, we actually have pictures of the dirty room, the moldy walls, we left the same night and found and paid for another hotel. The lady at the front desk supposedly canceled our reservation and returned our money but, now 5 days later still nothing has been returned. Please advise on what i should do next.

The cleaning staff started knocking on our door at 9 am even though check out wasn't until 11. We had been out late the night before, and they knocked prpbably 3 times before they finally left us alone. It was not a great way to start our morning. Pictures of the site on the app are misleading, implying that the place is much more updated and modern than it actually is. Not bad for the cost, but unlikely to stay here again.

Posted pictures on Expedia are not accurate, this place looked nothing like the pics. Breakfast was from 6-10, at 7am they said the owners didn’t do breakfast, staff had no idea what’s going from check in to check out.
