“Franks place is a very beautiful piece of property! Secluded, lots of space, chickens, a very nice in ground pool! The house is decorated in french country decor, which is very inviting and adds a special touch to this renovated farm house. If you are looking for a family fun pool house, lots of outdoor seating and just a place for connecting eith family and friends, this is a perfect place to stay! Honestly, the only thing that was not easy, was keeping my kids out of food that was present……

“The state there was excellent the property and every essential you can think of was fully loaded the only issue was the code process. We got locked out and it tried to reach property manager and could not so we reached out to BRBO and they contacted him but with no avail we were unsuccessful however we did manage to get into the”

“This property has everything for a large group get-together. The upstairs has a beautiful kitchen, large bedrooms (2) and bathrooms (2) screen porch and deck and several comfortable places to sit and relax. The downstairs was not as nice and needed to be cleaner. We did not spend much time here using the outdoor amenities. We needed the bedrooms and bathrooms as our group had 11 people and we were having a family Thanksgiving at my brother’s house. Had to pay for bedding and towels. That seemed……

“We were in Roxboro to visit a relative and stayed here.When we arrived, the unit was neat and clean. There are two twin beds in the living area, but it is very spacious and not crowded. The kitchen area is stocked with dishes and cookware. The laundry machines in the bathroom are a plus. My husband and grandson enjoyed fishing from the shore and floating pier. They caught several blue gills and one large bass. I think the water is OK for swimming or floating in a tube, but we did not have……

“Very nice home, clearly updated and super clean. All the amenities you could want (wifi, Keurig, Smart TV, updated baths, etc.) and just steps to the lake. Very secluded and quiet - we could see SO many stars each night. Lots to love about the place. Definitely recommend. ”

Secluded, peaceful, and away from the hustle. The details of reburbished, reclaimed wood mixed with modern yet comfortable furniture was a perfect setting to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We took several of the suggested places to visit and we were not disappointed. Don’t let the backroads or small size of this sweet treasure fool……
