“It is definitely not a hotel facility. Toilet was broken(someone already used the toilet but it was broken so you guess what happened), shower was completely broken, no mosquito net, and no toiletries. No internet, didn't get breakfast. They charged $20USD for oneway pick up service which is more than their room charge. And when i complained to manager he was yelling at me for me to complaining so much. I can't believe you guys booked me this hotel. It was most horrible nightmare hotel ever……

“My room had several problems with the facilities. Some outlet sockets were out of order, the kettle was broken, and the fridge was also out of order. Once the curcuit breaker tripped at night. I think the rooms need more frequent maintenance. Staff were always quick to respond to solve the problems and I was happy with that.”

“Une chambre pour 3 personnes , on m’a fait payé 40 e par nuit pour un lit en plus! La honte pour eux. Service minimum, pas de fournitures dans la chambre, pas de cafetière, pour un hyatt c’est grave. Transats tout sale à la piscine. Quelques Serviettes avec des taches jaunes. Oreillers inconfortable. Trop mous. Odeur d’humidité permanente dans la chambre, je me suis plaint, on est venu me mettre du désodorisant. Piscine qui ferme à 19h alors que c’est le moment le plus agréable pour se……
