“Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle……

Place is nicely designed and well decorated but above all has the extraordinary staff who’s willing to go above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Heated swimming pool overlooking the valley view gives you the best possible experience. Valley view outside seating with bonfire let’s you enjoy the chilly weather along finely prepared with food and drinks. Gallery seating area is perfect place for you to seat long hours reading……

“The room and washroom were spotless, and all the public rooms were very well-appointed. Heaters were always available and placed nearby. The food was delicious and nicely presented, The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Very pleased that I stayed with you. Thank you.”

“Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. ”

“The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.”
