“We never received the access needed to get to the property. We arrived in Baton Rouge for a party, after the party we went to check in and the address was incorrect on navigation. We did not have any access information so weren’t able to get into the gates. This was 5pm and we were stranded with nowhere to stay. The owner would not respond to email and phone did not work. We reached out and got vrbo to refund us. Finally got email at 10pm with the access information. We were already on our way……

Received location the week of stay.Upon arrival we contacted host only to be told house was not available. She said she doesn't have access to account.We traveled from Texas to Louisiana to be stranded for over two hours.Host please take this down you are affecting people lives. “We loved how updated and cute the house was. It was clean!! Communication with the owner was so easy and he responded very quickly to any messages I sent. The only thing I could say slightly negative was the beds were a little on the firm side. Otherwise, overall really good stay and I’d recommend this place! ”

“My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 months while visiting our Baton Rouge relatives. It was a very comfortable condo---clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great for us too. It happened to be near our family, but also close to convenient shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. The condo complex had a beautiful pool and outdoor lounging area with a fitness area as well. The owner was responsive to the very few questions we had---everything……
