Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. “Excellent, comfortable and tastefully appointed beach house just a few metres from the picturesque Challaborough surf beach, Bigbury, Burgh Island and the great ocean walk. The little villages of South Devon were a delight, particularly close-by Ringmore with excellent eating at free house The Journeys End. ”

“Lovely house. Lots of essentials you may need in the kitchen, lounge area. Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob very large TV, ample seating, all crockery, cutlery and utensils. Even games and toys for rainy days, along with a few essentials in the cupboards. The beautiful view from all principle rooms is to die for! Beds and beddings all very good. Bathrooms (lower floor and 1st floor with additional toilet on the 2nd flood) were clean and functional, the showers are amazing.……
