“Lovely cosy cottage just a few minutes walk from the harbour and into the town. Well equipped and very clean. Easy communication with host. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Brixham. Parking isn’t easy but host gave us tips on where to park which worked perfectly. Would stay here should we visit Brixham again. ”

“We had a great stay in Suzanne's cottage in Kingswear. We were a family of four with two young children. The house is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. All the linen and towels seemed to be brand new which was lovely.The kitchen and facilities made our stay easy and comfy.The only slight inconvenience are the steep stairs up to the property but once you've got your luggage up there, it's well worth the views over Dartmouth Harbour and the steam railway.”

“Communication with the owners was excellent. Unfortunately several of our group have mobility issues and accessing the property was very difficult. The property information indicated that you accessed the property via steps but they are very steep with no handrail”

“We enjoyed a week of glorious sunshine with a fresh breeze. Apartment clean & well equipped. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to the harbour in one direction, the other way the footpath leading to the pool and on to the coastal path & Berry Head. The spiral staircase did not cause any difficulties for a couple of over 70’s! The only disappointment was the cancellation of all boat trips due to the wind. Parking a bonus. ”

“There were 17 of us staying and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodation, fantastic facilities, beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. There were a couple of issues with door handles. One fell off all the time and one was impossible to lock. But, apart from that, it was perfect.”

“We overall enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is comfortable and very clean and it was so pleasant to get a welcoming snacks and tea/coffee/milk upon arrival. Claire's communication was very responsive.However, I can't not mention the location next to the pub. The pub was literally next door, and Friday night was fine with some music and chatter happening which was not too much at all. On Saturday though, the pub turned on very loud music which kind of ruined our stay. The music stayed on until……

“Firstly the property itself is Lovely and the out door space is great you cant fault the views. the house has every thing practical you will need for your stay however it was missing just a few small things that would make it even better and give the stay more of wow factor and that is simply out door lights with such beautiful views for me it was missing evening lights it was very dark at night apart from a dim lit red and green light over the garden tub. it was missing Solar lights over the……

“Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful.
