“We had a great stay in Suzanne's cottage in Kingswear. We were a family of four with two young children. The house is well equipped to make your stay comfortable. All the linen and towels seemed to be brand new which was lovely.The kitchen and facilities made our stay easy and comfy.The only slight inconvenience are the steep stairs up to the property but once you've got your luggage up there, it's well worth the views over Dartmouth Harbour and the steam railway.”

“Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. ”

“This is a perfect little place to spend some time with what can only be described as one of the best views in the country. Watching the river wake up each morning and the twinkling of Dartmouth at night with a sound track of tawny owls and the toot of a steam train, this is a holiday for the senses. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is well serviced. Worth the little walk to park your car up the hill and not have to pay a penny and if your legs can take……

“We stayed here for 4 nights with our teen and 2 dogs. Probably the best equipped kitchen we've ever had when staying in a holiday cottage. Great to have washer dryer in the unit. Perfect location on the park as views across fields are wonderful to sit and look at. 5 mins from Dartmouth and a nice walk on the doorstep. Only complaint is no mirror in master bedroom so take one along!”
