Experience true Territory living in this 3 bedroom home with outdoor shower, full length verandah, huge outdoor kitchen and lush tropical gardens. Fully airconditioned.
Short walk to Casuarina Aquatic Centre and 2 minute drive to Leanyer Water Park.
Walking distance to Casuarina Shopping Centre (NT's largest shopping centre)
~ 5 mins drive to Royal Darwin Hospital & Darwin Private Hospital.
~ 5 mins drive to Charles Darwin University (Brinkin) & Casuarina Coastal Reserve

Quiet suburban neighbourhood, close to the NT's largest shopping centre and many restaurants/cafe's nearby.

Guests will have access to the whole property, excluding the shed.
