“Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao principal Ghat de Varanasi. Enviei mensagem ao hotel para providenciar transfer da estação de trem, porém não houve resposta. Entretanto, o atendimento presencial não deixou a desejar. Providenciaram meu transfer ao aeroporto por um bom preço ”

“The property is in the very narrowed lane of "Bangali Tola", which is a very dirty & congested area & you have to reach there walking long, asking here & there for the exact building but after reaching, your all anxiety will be relieved with the smiling appearance of 'Dilip', the boy who is always at your service to make your stay happy. This is actually a very ordinary staying destination for mediocre people, who plans to stay in Varanasi at low cost. The owner of the Guest House is Mr. Pradip……

“We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. ”

“Property is is great location and attractions were easily accessible general staff was fluently but front office could put a little smile on their face. Rooms and was rooms were clean however rooms does not depict what’s shown in booking pictures. Only complaint was the mattress was hard worn out and not comfortable based upon pricing literally all the springs should be felt.”

“停電が何回か発生しました。トイレで真っ暗になり非常に難渋しました。 AC部屋を予約しましたが、AC無しで受付しているとしてACリモコンをくれません。確認もしてくれないので、予約票を見せてやっと寄こす始末。外出時にACを付けて出るとペナルティだと言われてレギュレーションを見せろ等の言い合いになりました。 場所だけは文句なし”
