“This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. “這是我目前住過最最最喜歡的民宿，4間房，3間衛浴，3間廁所，床墊睡起來非常舒服，讓我好眠一覺到天亮！
廚房設備完善，還有提供咖啡機咖啡球茶包，有洗碗機、微波爐、烤箱等，鍋碗瓢盆一樣都不缺，應有盡有！
一樓有專屬的洗衣機跟烘乾機，有提供免費的洗衣球非常貼心！
二樓的電視跟音響設備也非常讚，沙發床也很好躺！
住一晚非常舒服，完全不想提早退房，下次有機會一定會再入住！”

“One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well.

“The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. The ski locker area with 24 hrs dry conditions is the best service I need.
The breakfast are delicious with Western and Japanese style.
Convenient Store & Super market just in a min by foots.
I came this hotel every years since they grand opening with named First Cabin."
