“I greatly enjoyed my time here and wish I’d had more time to enjoy the inn itself. There are two upstairs “porches”, one with a hammock and the other with rockers. The breakfast is scrumptious and thoughtfully prepared. The inn keeper is friendly, well versed in local and world history, very helpful and responsive to guest requests and needs. The location is great- a couple minutes walk and you’re on a gorgeous stretch of beach looking at the Atlantic. The inn keeper even had coffee ready for me……

“This was our first stay on Tybee, and the Tybee Island Inn was a perfect choice! Inn was beautiful and the owners and their family were wonderful! The location was perfect for us, and we were able to walk to many things we wanted to see and do, including the beach!! Breakfast each day was freshly prepared and delicious! We had a hard time leaving and loved it so much we wanted to stay longer!!”

“My family had a great stay at the Ocean Grande. The villa was very spacious with two bedrooms, a large living area, kitchen and dining area with a nice size outdoor deck. The beach view and interior garden area views were very nice. The property was in very good condition. We will be back.”

“Beautiful, historic inn loaded with charm. Very attentive and helpful staff, especially innkeeper Kaitlin. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Mercer room and it was amazing, with both a private and semi-private outdoor balcony/patio area. “Beautiful rooms, incredible bed and pillows and water pressure in the shower was unbelievable!! Good lighting with dimmers in the bathroom, lots of room, great coffee machine and coffee in the room, with real half and half. Fabulous rooftop restaurant and bar. Had a wonderful, unusual breakfast up there, much more special than your standard Southern breakfast fare. Couldn't try the raved about restaurant or bar downstairs as closed on Monday but will definitely be back! Slightly away from busy……
