You'll be able to step down off your staircase and into the sand at this Dauphin Island home, an oceanfront escape beautifully situated on the shores of Mississippi Sound. Walk a few steps to lounge on the coast or head a few houses down the road to enjoy the white sand of West End Public Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

Newly constructed in 2022, this home enjoys views of the ocean in one direction and the sound in the other. The exterior boasts a spacious sun deck by the ocean that offers a private hot tub, a gas grill, and ample seating, ensuring you can always make the most of your lovely surroundings. A private pool was also recently added, giving you the option to go for a dip whenever you please.

Inside, everything is brand new, from the central air conditioning system to the furnishings and fixtures. At the heart of the home is an open living, dining, and kitchen area, with natural light and views of the water streaming in from both directions. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a prep island, there's space to eat at both the dining table and the breakfast bar, and the living room offers a large TV for movie nights.

The four bedrooms are separated in the corners of the house, each offering a TV and en suite bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa, and one bedroom features two sets of bunk beds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
