“The room was perfect. Very quiet, clean, roomy, good shower. The hostess was just so nice and welcoming. PERFECT location! 1/2 block from the HOF! For history buffs, the inn is directly across the street from the oldest building in town and up the street just a bit are the two oldest churches in town, both with interesting American History stories. The inn is right behind Doubleday Field! You will not need to use your car once you get to the inn.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday! “From the Moment we arrived, Todd and his wife made us feel so welcome and went over all the details of the Beautiful bungalow! From the unbelievable scenery, beautiful pond and the immaculate grounds. , my sons and I enjoyed this retreat and stay so much. The accommodations in the room were excellent, delicious coffee, WiFi and comfy beds, the decor was also wonderful! I highly recommend this Beautiful cozy spot for any getaway! Thanks again Todd!”

“The place is so clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and peaceful to get away from the everyday hustle. Very few cars on the road so no worry about anything keeping you awake at night. “The cabin is small but complete. The main bedroom (just a full bed) is cozy, and the secondary bedroom and loft are a bit past cozy - anyone in the loft will have to be careful not to bump their head when they wake up.The site is very peaceful. Can't hear a thing most of the time other than nature and very occasional traffic. Access road is a dirt track so I'd avoid during rainy season if you don't have four wheel drive.If you're looking for an ideal place to decompress, you found it.”

“For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. “We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“Everything was more tha. satisfactory. The room was clean the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The area was very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be the television service. The television worked however, there was no guide or anyway to know which channels were available. For example I put in what was supposed to be HBO and it was as in fact BET. Every channel was incorrect. ”
