“This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. Plenty of room to spread out- very clean and updated decor, very welcoming. I went into a few of the other rental houses our team stayed in and this one was by far the nicest! Highly recommend! ”

“Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things.……

“Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was superb. We were so happy to be your guests.A couple things to note: there was a wad of gum on a blanket in the living room. There wasn’t a place for soap in the double bathroom. ”

“This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks……

“New renovations were a plus! Very comfortable with 9 adults. Definitely recommend. Comfortable primary bed. You can tell the home is lived in and cared for versus just an income property so that was lovely. Beautiful view. Location was good for our needs. ”
