Davenport Charming Cottage

Charming and updated. Private courtyard with fire pit. Large living room with leather sectional featuring a 70" smart tv. The main floor features 2 bedrooms with a Jack n Jill bath in-between. Upstairs has a large owners' suite with a 65" smart tv and king size bed. Upstairs are two small bedrooms with daybeds/trundle beds for 2 people per room.
Note: There is a studio apartment in the basement. It is often rented to a traveling nurse. The laundry room is shared between the units.

An Experience!
The house was not clean, there was not enough silverware to go around for our group of 12 and there was mice on the main level and upstairs. It was not a good experience for us and we would not recommend this house in its current condition. Thanks.

Very clean, just the two bedrooms upstairs are really small and more like big closets that are not really appropriate for two adults to sleep in (more for kids/teenagers). Nice are, enough parking space
