The odor in that place is grotesque. I went right into the office and told the manager that my wife and I could not stay in that building. I do not like to give a bad review, but this needed to be told to the management. I am disputing the charge. We went across the street to the Hampton Inn and got a nice room for $20 more

Booked this place for my husband Saturday & Sunday night 04/26-28th, 2025. He left last night to sleep at our friend's house instead - due to bed bug bite, dirty, trash and dumpster containers everywhere in the parking lot. This place should closed down for their undergoing renovations, till then do not rent to another guests - unsafe and in very poor condition, nothing like the pictures on their website ad - DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was “under construction” They wanted 100 more to have a new clean room. My original room wasn’t ready or clean by 4300’ and check in was 3pm This place should be shut down, immediately. I left and found a new hotel. I suggest who ever stays here, take pictures before you complain. Report them. Because once you say you have an issue, they check you out and don’t let you take pictures so you can get. Refund. Terrible service too.

Staff was ok. Appliances in working order. Toilet was constantly running, shower faucet was leaking a lot. Stains on the furniture and carpet. Just walking around the halls and seeing cracks and stains it just presented itself as filthy and neglected. But the worst experience was the vermin....roaches and mice/rats. I kept everything away but forgot about a bag of cookies INSIDE my gym bag. The (mice or rats) chewed thru the fastener and ripped out the bag and made a mess. It looks like they came from under the sink in the bathroom as there was a big hole and chunks of drywall under the piping. Never experienced this ever before and I would have been better off camping. Never staying here again

Although the management did make me aware of some of the construction would cause some areas to be closed off- it was also unsecured with all doors open 24 hrs that lead to the guest rooms. Rooms were dirty and I had to change rooms due to the bathroom door handle breaking off and being locked from the inside of the bathroom. A second room was given to me and it was slightly cleaner but the Ac never got to cool the room completely.
