They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”

“Not sure if you have to request turn down and cleaning of rooms but I stayed for 4 nights and not once did we have fresh towels or our room cleaned. It was a really busy weekend for the iron horse with the events going on so it’s understandable. However paying 1400 for the weekend I’d expect fresh linens and trash taken out daily. I had to call down to request fresh towels on day 3. ”

“The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. ”

The staff was the best! They went out of their way to greet every guest, and to answer any question that came their way.
