“This was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were so pleased with the supplies that were provided. Paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, seasonings, etc. All the things that make your stay better. There was also streaming services we could watch. We would love to stay again. Thank you ”

“This place was great. I am sad I had to leave early. Nice quiet place to relax. I especially enjoyed sitting out on the porch with my laptop watching the many deer stop by and eat the apples on the ground. ”

“This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected.”

“We loved our time at Mountain Grove! Lisa is a great host and provided lots of tips before we arrived on things to do and places to eat. Her recommendations were great and we found a couple of new places that we wouldn't have otherwise known about.The house is wonderful and fit our family of 5 very well. My kids (ages 4, 7, and 9) loved the treehouse! It was the perfect place for them to hang out when we were at the house. The house was cozy and had everything we needed to have a comfortable……

“We stayed for 5 days. We found plenty to do and see. The cabin is small and quaint. Quite a lovely place to stay. All sleep accommodations are in one room in the upstairs loft, though I suppose someone could sleep on the downstairs couch. This was fine for us as we are a married couple traveling on our own. For anyone wanting to travel with others there would be limited privacy. There are stairs down to the cabin, stairs to get into the cabin, steep stairs up to the loft. We are in our sixties……

“Our family loved our stay in this perfect, cozy mountaintop retreat. The location can't be beat as it is literally the closest home to Laurel Mountain Ski Resort. The place had everything you need for a great time away, including wonderful little touches such as the wood stove being prepped for a fire upon our arrival. The owners' communication was exceptional from checkin throughout our stay. We are already in the process of booking another stay at this lovely cabin.”

“Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable, clean, nice hot tub and outdoor area with fire pit and lots of wildlife. Only item would be the condition of neighboring homes as they were under various stages of renovation but we never saw or heard anyone around us, so was all good. ”
