The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. ”

Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us.
Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day.
The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training."
They even unplugged our chargers and threw them on the floor without permission.
The lunch server said there were no sundaes, but the dinner server said they were available "all day.""
"一向對此品牌有信心,早前於Exeter,或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好,但今次的體驗實在太差了!
此酒店地點非常之方便,就在high street 的未端,但對面就是酒吧和餐廳,昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡,到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應,職員只說噪音問題一直存在,一直都有客人投訴!
說實在的,這次Scotland旅程,這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的,但真是想不到貴左那裡,被安排住在一樓,當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題,面向的是城市景觀,到今早早餐時的餐廳,面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。
這樣的價錢,房間只屬一般,服務方面,昨晚投訴了,都沒有什麼回應,只說如果要換只有普通的房間,酒吧的噪音會持續到三點,但當時已經是凌晨一點。
這次體驗真的沒有很差,只有更差!
I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing.
The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am.
This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing.
Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay."
