“This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! ”

“Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful master bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and well designed laundry/utility room. Because it is just a one bedroom cottage, those who sleep on the pull out couch and trundle beds have a cozy experience in the living room, which is what this grandma was looking for! ”

“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if……

“Such a charming space, well laid out, with everything we needed. We rented for 3 weeks while my daughter attended a class in Sacramento. I was worried about the summer heat on an upper floor unit, but the AC worked well and kept us comfortable. It's really a great space that felt open and spacious, while being cozy at the same time. I had never spent time in Sacramento and found it very walkable from this location. I would rent this space again.”

“Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!”

“Poor communication as to the place being canceled on us at the last second ruining our whole weekend stay. I had to reach out, just to find out it was being canceled due to a water leakage the owner knew that morning already.”
