“Nice clean house. Good location for outlaw trail riding. H&M trails a lil further away. Good parking but could be more parking closer to the house. The only main complaint several people had was the barking dogs in the neighborhood. Overall a good stay and would stay again if wanting that area.”

“Super easy check in. Near outlaw trails, we didn’t ride these trails because our group was riding elsewhere but next trip will definitely try them! Steve and Diana were incredible kind and helpful. “I would rate our stay as top notch.The home was in a convenient place in town.Once we entered the home with an easy to understand key pad the home was clean and exactly as pictured and described online. We did run into a small issue that as soon as the owner of the home was contacted, he handled with care and concern! The ease and comfort of the house absolutely added to our overall experience and we were thrilled to have stayed! We had a great time.”

“Perfect place to stay if you have a large group with a ton of machines and big trucks and trailers. We had 12 Adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. And the game room/livingroom/private bedroom addition is perfect for those who don’t want to go to sleep when the others do. Shelby was an awesome host and was super responsive to any of our needs. Definitely coming back again and recommend this place to everyone. Also great location for Outlaw trails and Hatfield systems.”

“Home was super clean and perfect for our group of 4 men. We each had an our own bedroom with two shared bathrooms. Most bedrooms had extra beds so the home is capable of sleeping a larger group when needed. Having amenities like case water stocked with detergents for washing clothes and shampoos/conditioners stocked made our stay super easy. The living room lay out made it very nice to gather and watch tv after long ride plus the screened front porch was nice place to hang outside. Very close to……

“We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!!”

“Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. ”
