“I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. There are blow up beds (did not need) and a pullout couch. At first glance I was worried due to the small cozy feeling of the home. The yard is great and fireflies were flying. The neighbors are extremely quiet. Dogs are not leashed in the neighborhood but were no problems in our walks to the lakeside nearby. The……

“Spent the weekend with a small group of friends. The tranquil lake front retreat was perfect for our stay. The kitchen space was large and offered plenty of utensils and cooking amenities. The back porch was perfect for sitting and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. We also took advantage of the fishing dock where we caught plenty of catfish and other species, I would definitely recommend this property to small groups or families with kids. ”
