“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport. “Had put in the requests for 2 beds. They weren't expecting that and when arrived they made up the spare room. 2nd bathroom locked but thought this by accident. Nope they hadnt bothered cleaning or taking rubbish out. Kitchen worse for wear, and most things looked dirty. Tabled looked dirty and greasy. Other then that it is a great spot. Office staff helpful with info and convenient location for our needs. Very peaceful, watching the river and boats float along, and the birds, lovely. Pool and……
