"The room was clean and comfortable. Was a little musty, but we aired it out and it was better. Coffee in the room, fridge, microwave. Nice table and chairs to eat at and a big chair to relax in. Would stay again"

"For an older motel the rooms were cute & quaint. Very friendly owners. You can tell they have full time residents residing there. They are pet friendly. Looks like they are in a remodeling stage … exterior that is."

"We had a wonderful time at Sycamore Springs! We were a large family group with a 92 year old grandfather, grade school kids, teens, tweens and young adults.... all the way down to a 3 year old great grandchild. We all had fun things to do. "The loft bed needs to be on the 1st floor! The stairs are dangerous, especially to take a suitcase up on them. The sofa is terrible & uncomfortable to watch TV. No cable was a problem.
