“Beautiful property. Elevator was down, bedding was stained and pit look glass was full of handprints when we arrived obstructing the gorgeous view but they had a gift shop and nice food options. No complaints for the location ”

“Our stay was excellent. The staff delivered exceptional service throughout our time at the hotel. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by our huge, spacious rooms. Our connecting rooms allowed us to enjoy a lot of family time together. When we got locked out of one of our adjoining rooms because we latched the door leading to the hallway, the entire staff at the hotel and the manager at home worked out a plan to get us back into our rooms at 2AM.……

“As a professional cleaner I noticed residue was on the nightstand and countertops like they wiped down with a dirty rag. The fireplace was repaired or held up with electric tape and the Jacuzzi had a little dirt in the little jet blower other than those minor things I loved it I was expecting the property to to be bigger than it was but I loved how peaceful it was definitely will be back with my own cleaning supplies 🙂”
