“Renovated recently. Very clean, bed was very comfortable roomy. ”

“The night clerk was willing to accept the price for the room as it was on Expedia, however the price was $80. The night clerk explained he was not making money from a $38 rate. The room was nice and cleaned but the area outside could be cleaned up since a section of the hotel is for weekly rentals.”

“This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return. Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms. Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean) So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable Average: ”

“Property exactly as advertised. Well maintained and a beautiful park like setting. Property Manager top notch. Our dogs were in heaven. The one thing I would improve is the master shower - it's similar to a cruise ship shower and very tight. I would stay here again. Terrific owner.”

The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.”

“We stopped here on our way to Legoland and it was a perfect place to stop and rest. The location is good, close enough to get what you need, but felt like you were out in the quiet country. The back porch was a lovely way to unwind. Check in was easy, and the place was as described. 10/10 recommend. ”
