Mixed Feelings

The place is beautiful and very nice staff. Right next to the boardwalk and plenty of things to do. But for my family it was just too crowded. There were never chairs at the pool unless you got up at 7:30 AM to claim them and stayed all day. Elevators were always packed. But, other than that it is a great place for people who don't mind a crowd and it is very nice. We did have a good time.

The area was not a good area and the hotel room smelled moldy and musty and nothing was done to resolve the issue.

2br 2bath deluxe

The visit was nice. We had an issue checking in. We were told at checkin that our unit was an ADA unit. I understand we were not guaranteed a certain unit, but nowhere on the website did it state there was a possibility of an ADA unit. I asked if we could get another unit and I was told that an ADA unit was reserved by the host (which is Koala). I called the host and was told that was the only type of 2br 2bath deluxe unit avaliable at the time of booking. I explained my frustration and they did not care. This is not right. Someone with a disability might have needed that unit and it wasn't available for them. I will not be booking through Koala again.

Beach/Universal getaway

We had a great time…the accommodations were awesome! Our kids had so much fun in the pool and playing pool. They checked out the putt putt and all the stores. We also went to Universal and coming back to a relaxing resort was perfect!

Nice resort

It’s a nice resort that can offer a lot for a family. I wish they had a better option for food (longer hours). The surrounding area is okay.

Not what we expected

We stayed before in north tower it was awesome decided to come back this year it started when we got there at check in the lady was so rude to us it was a special time for me and my wife and she just treated us awful no cabin hall ways elevator was never available room was in bad shape no where near as nice as the room last year and I paid more for this on and no can view those room are for family’s is what check in told me I brought 7 members of my family with us ranging from 3 to 16 just are kids I would really like to talk to someone more about this

Review on room/location

The room was nice and clean. Supplied with some necessity items. Didnt know that room is chosen upon arrival, no guarantee of Oceanside balcony which was a downfall. We thought we were getting a beachside balcony! Building was clean, secure and amenities were good. Need more chairs that have umbrellas with them.

This is our second time staying here for Rockville. We absolutely love this resort. Our room was in the north tower this time and it was great. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe. The room was absolutely gorgeous, well stocked and clean. Although we didn't have an ocean view it was still fantastic. We were only asked once to attend the timeshare. We simply declined, and they did not harrass us again, like some people are saying. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing

This is our second year at this Resort and will absolutely be booking again for next year. There's lots to do around the area but this time we had a great time just hanging out at the resort and enjoying the pool and ocean. stAbsolutely loved it juststeps away from the ocean steps away. Amazing place to just hang out
