I stayed at this hotel over the holiday and, unfortunately, my experience was quite mixed.
Cons:
Check-in Process: Check-in was frustrating. Although the official check-in time was 4:00 PM, we arrived at 5:00 PM and still had to wait in line for about 30 minutes. Even after that, our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait another hour.
Customer Service: The front desk staff were not welcoming — in fact, they came across as quite rude. There was also no flexibility offered for a late checkout, despite the delays at check-in.
Room Comfort: The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortable.
Valet Service: The valet system is slow and inefficient. The self-parking lot is right in front of the hotel, but there's very little information about it. Most guests end up stuck in the valet line only to find out later. When I tried to retrieve my own car to speed things up, I was told I had to wait — I wasn’t allowed to get it myself.
Restaurant Charges: The hotel restaurant automatically adds an 18% tip to the bill, giving guests no choice, which felt a bit forced.
Pros:
The hotel itself is modern and new.
The pool area is very nice.
The restaurant serves good food, even though the prices are on the higher side.
