They have valet $50 p/n and public access parking $35 p/n. Public is just south of the South Tower. If you're in the North Tower this makes for a long walk. Our room 468 was nice, except when the restaurants A/C unit was humming, because when it was we could barely hear the ocean. Yes we'd go back, plenty of restaurants great location, but we'd definitely ask to be in the South Tower.

Reading the reviews, I wasn't sure i was at the right hotel when I arrived. People have torn this place down and i'm not really sure why. The hotel, the rooms, and restaurants were beautiful and clean. We didn't have any issues with the elevators or parking, we didn't wait on the elevators for more than 60 seconds and the valet absolutely took our very large SUV's with no space issues. Every time I called for my Jeep Wagoneer, it was there before I was. The only downfall was that the villas are accessible to anyone. Meaning, that outdoor patio area is open to the beach/boardwalk. I was with a group, so safety didn't feel like an issue until I was leaving before sunrise-by myself. The pool on the fifth floor could use some housekeeping, we were there 4 days and the same bandaid was stuck to the floor all 4 days. Otherwise, I have zero complaints. It was a great stay and i'd stay there again.

Much of this property needs some serious TLC. The secondary pool area especially. It is also quite inconvenient that there is no direct beach access. If the upkeep of this property was better it could truly be a nice resort. Also, I booked an ocean view room, but on arrival I was told what I booked wasn’t actually ocean front but it was facing the city. For an oceanfront room I had to pay a $10 per night upgrade fee. All in all, there are lots of add on charges after the initial room charge-$25 per day resort fee, parking which is $35 per day self-park (off site) or $50 per day valet (this was TOTALLY worth the extra $15 per day) and then my upgrade of $10 per day. On the last day they authorized an extra $100 charge on my card even though we had not used the $400 deposit that they already held out! This was never disclosed at check in and when I questioned it at checkout I was told they always hold out an extra $100. We had a great trip, but if I booked Daytona Beach again I would definitely pick a different resort. I will say that they have some wonderful staff members on site! Every valet we interacted with was top notch and the guys who work in the large pool area are phenomenal! I really enjoyed my pool time every morning!

We have been coming here for years and have loved it but the room quality has went way down hill. It was dirty and muggy and the tv is something for 2007. Very disappointed with our visit. We ended up leaving a day early because it was not at all what we expected.

We reserved a king bed room a month in advance. Upon arrival, we were told there were none left, so we had to settle for two queens. There was mold in the vent above the shower. I tried to use the hotel phone to call the lobby to get help with the wifi. The phone had a short so the woman who answered the phone at the lobby hung up on me three times. When finally reached her, she told me that she could not help me. For the cost of our stay, we expected a better experience. We were disappointed with this hotel.

Frechheit & Abzocke - nie wieder! Jeden Tag wird eine Zusatzgebühr von 25, - Dollar + Steuer verlangt - angeblich für die Nutzung von Pool & Co., was nirgends in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnt wird. Zimmerreinigung mangelhaft: mal nur ein Bett gemacht, mal kein Kaffee aufgefüllt, Handtücher vergessen. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen und absolut kein Sterne-Niveau. Kein direkter Strandzugang - der nächste Strandabgang ist ca. 500 m entfernt. Die Poolbar ist nur bei schönem Wetter geöffnet, die Hotelbar nur am Wochenende. Eigene Getränke oder kleine Snacks am Pool sind streng verbo-ten, stattdessen extrem überteuerte Preise. Frühstück gibt es nur gegen Aufpreis von fast 30 € pro Person! Man zahlt im Grunde ausschließlich das Hotelzimmer - alles andere kostet extra. Fazit: keine Empfehlung, reine Abzocke. Wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder!

The rooms in this property needs updated. Bathroom areas had broken tiles, mold around the tub, sleep area was missing a nightstand, carpet felt wet and musty smell. Balcony was 8” ledge with railing.

The convenience and proximity to the event I came for is the one thing that I appreciate the most. However, the room was not clean, the common areas were not well taken care of, aside from the restaurants which seemed appropriate. I think the hotel is in need of some renovations otherwise I don’t think I will be staying here again.

This property is perfect location, you are right at the beach. The staff were amazing! And the hotel is clean. The facilities are a little 1990s rundown, and lots of empty space where businesses once were. The room needs to be remodeled, and furniture that is not water damaged added. The cost and the room don’t line up. There is no house keeping unless requested we were there 6 nights and this was the first time I never saw any type of maid service. The valet and staff at the desk made the trip worth while they were so amazing

This was a great place to stay! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is planning to go to Daytona. We were in town for a martial arts tournament and I really appreciated having a nice hotel across from the Ocean Center. Very nice staff and perfect spot as it was only a few steps away from the beach!

First time staying at the Hilton. We usually stay next door at ocean walk. We will definitely be staying again! So many restaurants to choose from, they have 2 coffee shops on property. Walking distance to everything. We asked to stay in the north tower and they were so accommodating. Definitely will be back again!!

Very disappointed for a Hilton property. The property is aged and in need of repairs and updates. Furniture in the room was greatly worn. Elevators in need of repair. Had to wait 30 minutes at peak times for elevator use as not all elevators were working Had to walk over .25 miles to access the beach. Would not return to this location.

Già al check in problemi con la carta per la cauzione. Ho provato 2 carte e il sistema rifiuta. La receptionist insinua che non ho credito. Propongo di pagare in contanti la cauzione, visto che la camera è già pagata: non accetta contanti. Insisto e finalmente inserisce i dati manualmente: i fondi ci sono e tutto va ok. La camera è vecchia e poco pulita, l’acqua della doccia fredda. Hotel vecchio e da rivedere.
