Check in was horrific! We got there at 11 and she took our number down. It poured around 2pm and we watched many many people checking in and our room was never ready. Our ocean view was a view of a run down building next door we were on second floor so not high enough to see any ocean water. Pool is tiny! Place was relatively clean but wont stay here again.

Firstly, we got the ocean VIEW room which we understood would be a side view of the water and the view was perfect for us. We still got a little breeze and was able to hear the ocean and see the sunrise from our balcony. (Attached pic of when we walked in the room). The kitchen does have the bare essentials, so if you like to whip up some meals make sure to pack your spices and pots and pans and cooking utensils. Fridge stayed very cold and even froze some of our items. We didn’t see an issue with the water pressure in the shower like I’ve read in some other reviews. Water pressure was fine and the hot water definitely got HOT. The beds were comfortable to us. However bed comfortably is always subjective to you. Soft pillows and a medium firm bed is the best way I can describe it. The coffee bar is a singular machine with a few packets of creamer and sugar to choose from with a few muffins. There’s also a coffee maker in the room so there wasn’t a need for us to use the coffee bar. The staff was friendly to us including the front desk, cleaning and maintenance. Easy check in and check out and the staff was never hesitant to toss us some more towels when we ran into them. We didn’t use the washer machines but they take quarters and there’s a sign that says you can purchase detergent with front staff. Overall was an easy and pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was appointed with a beautiful decor, clean and well maintained like new! Rooms the same immaculate! Beautiful outdoor patio around the pool with towels and a variety of seating options. Easy access to the beach! View can't be beat. I would definitely stay again!

Honestly not a bad hotel to stay at, the room was very large and could have even fit at least 3 more people if your brought air mattress because of how much space the room offered. Came with a full kitchen with kitchen ware to use. It’s was as clean as it could be but not like a resort clean. The staff were very friendly. We had a few minor issues, not enough outlets and the water was stuck on hot and the bathroom was tiny. The slider door is like pulling an elephant trying to get open. And the booking through Expedia did not communicate that there is a extra persons charge $10 per person per night which is absolutely absurd when the hotel room is lotted for 6 people and I booked and only gave me the setting to put in one person. Also there was tea and coffee every morning and a tiny muffin but didn’t tell us that the Hilton next door offers free breakfast to all hotel guests along the beach so we missed out. The drive to the speedway was super convenient and max was 15 minutes drive.

I enjoy staying at the Nautilus Inn. The oceanfront rooms with a balcony are very peaceful. The walk to the beach is short and easy to navigate. Having a kitchen is a bonus.

didnt know a sleep 4 two queen bed room would require an additional $20 fee first time I have stayed anywhere that practices this...... we had one person for 3 nites there and four women for a nite and same room for my husband and I and they still were so bossy at the front desk and rude about all the additional charges plus the extra parking pass another $10.00 we were very happy
