Cottage by the Sea is a luxuriously renovated and professionally decorated 1,300 square-foot oceanfront condominium that has an open floor plan with three beautiful bedrooms and two full baths. It's located on the top floor of a five-story, 50 unit condominium complex with a great pool just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Our building has both elevator and stairs. Cottage by the Sea is also within a few miles of the famous Flagler Ave and Canel Street which features lots of local restaurants and Shops. Must visit area of New Smyrna Beach!
