- Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!

- No trailer parking
- Additional fees and taxes may apply (ie. early check-in / late check-out pending availability).
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- In 2025 roof repair and north seawall/ramp under construction.

***Please note, BUILDING AMENITIES UNAVAILABLE (including the pool & kiddie pool) and that this property has some after effects caused by the two 2022 back-to-back hurricanes and last Hurricane Milton, that are not shown in the photos and descriptions which were taken prior to the storms. Per Pirate's Cove management, ongoing building repair and construction are necessary at times. This property is privately owned and managed by iTrip Daytona. iTrip Daytona does NOT manage OR have any control over the Pirate's Cove building (OR) its amenities. However, we are still more than happy to accept bookings if you'd like to stay in our privately owned condo unit!! Please inquire first before booking if a certain amenity is mandatory for your stay OR if you have any concerns of ongoing projects as this information is always evolving by building management. Beach access is available next door at Dunlawton beach ramp. There will be no refunds or credits for the aforementioned issues if applicable. ***
