-No smoking/vaping 🚭
-No pets 🐾 (building rule)
-Quiet hours: 10pm–8am 🌙
-Must be 21+ and the person booking must be the one staying
-$250 damage hold + $39 damage waiver apply
-Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours
