Zwei Türen zwischen diesen Bereichen (und der Eingangsbereich) reduzieren den Lärmpegel aus dem Wohnzimmer / der Küche bestens. Die Küche ist gut organisiert und alle Geräte sind vorhanden. Wie im Inserat erwähnt, kann man nicht direkt mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren, sondern muss einen Weg gehen - dieser scheint aus Zeiten des alten Roms zu sein, und sehr……

“Positives it was Close to restaurants, lakes, ferry. Negitives ,Didn't like the noise from the ferry, bars and road. Apartment itself was not very clean only one light worked in the living room, there was an electrical cable repaired with tape under the TV unit, the shower curtains had mold on, the shower head fell off every time you used it, the toilet was dirty, there was only one small light in the bathroom which was inadequate, there was a taped up wire hanging out the wall above the mirror……

“This property checks all the boxes for a great trip to Varenna and to explore Lake Como. It is in an ideal location, central to restaurants and shopping and close to the ferry docks. It was incredibly clean and well appointed with nice details, like coffee and basic herbs and spices and plenty of other amenities to make the stay comfortable. We spent hours sitting in the loft, taking in the view as well as exploring the town and other towns in the Lake Como are. Communication with the hosts……

“Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. The apartment amenities are basic but fine and comfortable and clean. My only real complaint is there was no Wifi network as advertised. And I did not hear back when I……
