Peaceful Setting
It was a little strange how the hotel is completely hidden from all passing roads and the freeway by trees, but that is actually a plus. It's far enough away from the spring break trash at Pensacola to have a quiet isolated peaceful feeling.

Mold in bathroom all around the ceiling. No blow dryer or iron.Ice machine broken. Not enough toweling. I couldn’t believe it was a recommendation for Expedia app. They need to physically go and examine before they allow people to make reservations like this and sell people a terrible product. We checked in at 1am on Wednesday morning oct 8/9th while evacuating for hurricane milton, I love that they allow pets because this was the last hotel with one room left and with a dog was a life saver, we went into our room and the heater setting was on and it was way too hot, we tried to turn it to AC mode and it just never got cool, we laid ontop of the bed since it was so hot and slept then left early in morning since it was cooler outside than the room. Would stay again but very disappointed and dissatisfied with the air conditioning in our room. Staff said they’d “make note” but I think they should compensate for not having AC.

Room had cockroaches, the A/C was broken with water liking from underneath, the put a towel to soak the water which of course didn't hold the amount of water liking that got all the way to under the bed. Our huge mistake was that we didn't tell them as soon as we got there and ask to move us to a different room because we were exhausted from driving all day long, so we just came and went to sleep. It was the next day that we actually saw everything including a cockroach inside of our luggage. Obviously, they said no refund because they could have move us to a different room.
