Braille-Schrift, Rollstuhlrampe, Kaffee und Wasser ganztägig, Bequeme Betten, Gepäckschließfächer und freundliches Personal. Lediglich die ständigen Mails zum Vorab-Einchecken haben mich genervt. Sie haben den Eindruck vermittelt, dass es ohne nicht geht. Ärgerlich, wenn es aber technisch nicht funktioniert. Man kann übrigens ganz normal auch vor Ort einchecken.”
